Patz & Hall Chardonnay Hyde Vineyard Carneros 2005—Served at a small dinner party, one of the guests stated that this was the best Chardonnay she had ever tasted. Almost perfect in all aspects, and certainly one of the best Chardonnays I tasted in 2008. Excellent structure. $55
